Vegas Property Match ("we") runs this website to introduce rental property owners in the Las Vegas area to property management companies. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our form we collect your first name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give about your property (type, area, and current situation). We also record the page you submitted from and the time. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We share your form answers and contact details with up to two property management companies so they can contact you about managing your property. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by those companies and by us by phone, text message, or email. You can tell any of them to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details to anyone other than the property management companies we introduce you to, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Opting out

Nevada law lets you ask us not to sell your information. Sharing your form answers with a property management company you asked to hear from is the one way we use your details for payment. To opt out of that, or to withdraw consent after you have submitted the form, email hello@vegaspropertymatch.com with "opt out" in the subject line and we will respond within 60 days as Nevada requires.
